Sizing is listed in inches. Measure around your head just above your eyes to find your size. For a looser fit, add 1/2 inch.  Hats with real fur cuffs may stretch about 1/2 inch with wearing. This "stretch with wearing" does not typically occur with faux furs and fabric cuffs.
