Welcome to The Phoenix Files!

This blog is a collection of papers and how-to articles I have written over the past 25+ years, as well as my travel journals and announcements.  Scholarly works from "The Library" on my old website, are labeled here as "Historica Tractatu."

My travels have had heavy influence on my work and are the 'back story' behind many of my designs. Some of my older journals are revised from the original, and most link to photo albums on Facebook.

Phoenix Rising in Review

Posted by on 10/6/2014
Thank you to those of you who attended my Phoenix Rising event in August. The best comment of the day goes to Karen Seymour, who said it was interesting to see my hats in the context of the art and historical elements that features predominately in my home studio. Thank you Karen, for the commemorative glass bowls that you created for this occasion!

Congratulations to Jenna, who won a free hat, and Colombia, who gifted her mom with a $75 gift certificate for a hat that I will be making this week.

To see what you missed, photographic evidence can be viewed on Facebook.
